see attached file red circle, that only shows the height with IC body, could you please add BGA ball height ?

Hi Daisy,
Thanks for the inquiry. I've contacted the packaging team to get the information you requested. This part is not a BGA - it is a LGA. The round pads are plated and there are no balls. I'll update you as soon as I hear back from the packaging team.

Hi Daisy,
Below is the response I received from packaging engineer:

There is no ball on this.
This is circular but the contact pads are just plated in ENiAu which is 1 um Ni and 0.08 um Au.
Same as a LGA type package
