TPS73HD3: TPS73HD301 recommended Layout

Hi Sir,

Could you help to check the recommended Layout of TPS73HD301 ?

when test in high temp environment, TPS73HD301 is hot. So If I layout the "NC" pin to GND, will it be available?

there have no recommended Layout section in datasheet.

    Hi Cyan,

    The "NC" pins can be connected to your ground plane and it will help to dissipate the heat through the NC pins to the ground plane for better thermal performance.

    Unfortunately, there is no layout recommendation for this device. If you have specific questions no the layout of the device or would like us to review your layout, we will be glad to help.
