HV pin (pin 1) has a function for x-cap discharge, so this pin needs to be connected correctly.

In the datasheet, p21, section "7.3.5 System External Shut Down" provides a suggested circuit for your need.

At 220Vac input, PFC output 400W is protected,

During protection, the PFC output voltage was measured, rising from 390V to 420V, resulting in overvoltage protection

But when 110Vac is input, 500W output is not protected. What is the reason?
