Hi,

I am using the LMZM23601 with EN tied to VIN, with a VIN of 24V, following the datasheet as reference.

MODE/SYS is tied to GND.

FB is divided with 51.1K on top and 12k on the bottom.

Input capacitance is 10uF, output is 22uF.

Any ideas?

I erroneously put LMZM23601 in the title. The part on the board was the LMZM23600V5 and the part I specified was the LMZM23600.
So putting the voltage divider on the fixed 5V part when the adjustable part was intended caused the voltage levels to spike to 22V.
I will be adding TVS diodes to my LMZM rails, considering that an ordering mistake could cause such major havoc like this!

Hi Dave,
I was going to suggest you may be using the fixed output voltage part instead of the adjustable.
