I have a problem with BQ25890EVM-664 evaluation kit, VIN I connect it to 5V, when I connect the battery in BAT and it has a charge of 3.3V-3.9V this voltage is observed in the SYSTEM. When I do not have the battery connected in both BAT and SYSTEM pins I have 4.2v.
I need that always in SYSTEM there 4.2V and that the battery is charged, I also need a current of 5 A
What can I do to get this?
In other projects I have used this component BQ24076RGTT but it is 1.5 A, I made the change to have more current (5 A), but I want it to work like this BQ24076RGTT.
