Hi Team,

For the UCD9090-Q1, the Voh level is V33dio - 0.6V. Are there any details you can provide regarding the 0.6V? Is this a diode drop within the device? If the output is feeding a high impedance input, do you think the 0.6V drop would still be there?

It is the minimum value. We need more time to check where the 0.6v from.

The 0.6V is the worst case caused by the Rdson inside the device under the special test condition: 6mA. if your current load of the HiZ is much small than 6mA. you will not see the 0.6V.
