LMG1210: differences between LMG1210 vs. XLMG1210

Part Number: LMG1210

Hi,

We are planning production of a design where our customer has designed-in the XLMG1210RVRT. However this part appears to be not available.

The LMG1210RVRT is available. In the current datasheet no reference to the part with X prefix is mentioned. In older releases of the datasheet (8-Nov-2018) it was mentioned, but I cannot find a specification of the X prefix.

What are the exact differences between these parts?

Thanks, best regards

Bram Dirriwachter

  • Hi Bram,

thanks for asking about LMG1210. The X prefix is a pre-production marking used to differentiate pre-production vs production silicon. LMG1210 was RTM'd earlier this year therefore the X marking is no longer required. Please use the GPN (without the X marking for your design since it has production silicon as specified in the current datasheet.

let me know if you have any more questions to help design LMG1210 in your system.

    thanks,

  • Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for clarifying. We will order the parts with production silicon.

    best regards
    Bram
