I have to select a buck / boost regulator for a new project. Low quiescent current is a required feature.

TPS63802 (TI) and BD83070 (RHOM) are good candidates.

Our deadline to manufacture the prototypes is 3Q2019.

1) Will TPS63802 be in production at 3Q2019?

2) Do you expect any reduction in the quiescent current since the BD83070 is better in this requirement?

Hi Gilberto,

1) Production release is planned for 4Q2019.
2) We do not expect reduction in quiescent current, it should stay the same, around 11 µA.
