ULN2003 motor driver chip measurement drive input waveform is normal, the output waveform appears a moment to pull down and restore the problem, what is the cause?

Can you share any schematics of the configuration? What is the difference between the configuration on the left and the right? Does replacing the device fix the issue?

I'd like to get a better understanding of the application.

Does replacing the device fix the issue? When do you notice the differences in waveform? Operating conditions? Any other additional details you can provide would be appreciated.
