What I mean is the specification of PCB manufacturing aboat the EVM!
and what's more,can you offer the PCB design files of the motherboard

I am not exactly sure about the specification of PCB manufacturing you were asking for. Are you looking for the something like board thickness, copper oz? These information is available on the PCB file.
