BQ25606: The BQ25606 specification indicates a built-in 10-hour timer.Does this mean that BQ25606 will turn off charging in 10 hours, so that I can never fill the battery with 2A?

My battery pack is 20000mAh.

Because the maximum charging current of BQ25606 is 3A,

If I charge my battery with 2A charging current,

It will take more than 10 hours to fill up.

The BQ25606 specification indicates a built-in 10-hour timer.

Does this mean that BQ25606 will turn off charging in 10 hours, so that I can never fill the battery with 2A?

    Hi Clark,

    The charge safety timer can be reset by starting a new charging cycle (please see Section 8.3.6.6 in the datasheet for more details). For example, if the safety timer expires and causes charging to stop, then you can toggle /CE to start a new charging cycle and reset the safety timer.
