LM5161: Vo delay setting

My customer use the LM5161 and want to adjust the output voltage later than the input voltage for more than 1 sec, what is the method?

Hello Hsu,

1 second is longer than is easy to construct using passive components. Either current would be so small that the circuit would be too easy to upset or the capacitor would become so large that it would be difficult to discharge. As a result, I would use an LDO, a 555, and a counter. During our business hours, I will email our watchdog and references group to see if they have something simpler.

Hello Hsu,

The watchdog and references group just got back to me. They do not have a good part to do this long of a delay either. If your system has ditial circuitry powered off a seperate supply, you may be able to generate a delay using this circuitry.
