divider  seems to be included in DCP mode than a data sheet P24. In a 2.1A dispatching of load, can  TPS2549  perform a data communication?

    To make sure I understand your question, are you asking if the TPS2549 can perform data communication while in DCP mode? The answer is no, you can only have data communication when the TPS2549 is in SDP or CDP mode

    No, the TPS2549 cannot support 2.1A of charging while also supporting data communication. In order to support 2.1A of current, the TPS2549 will need to be in Divider 3 mode, which is a non-compliant charging scheme that pulls both DM and DP to 2.7V.

    The highest current capability you can do while also supporting data communication is 1.5A in CDP mode. Hope this answers your question.
