TPS2410: how about the leakage current from C(Pin10) to A(Pin 11)

Customer wants to know the leakage current from C(pin 10) to A(pin 11) on TPS2410.

Can you help to check and give some comments?

Hi Kari,

Please help to check the leakage current from C(Pin10) to A(Pin 11) on TPS2410 asap.

Customer also wants to know the leakage current from out to IN pin on LM5050. From 8.2.4 on datasheet, it would be 50uA right?

Can we add a 1K resistor from IN pin to Ground to clamp the voltage caused by the leakage current to 50mV?

or still need to consider more items for this reverse current?

For leakage current of TPS2410 from C to A, refer to the attachment showing the measured values and the leakage path.

For LM5050, the leakage should be 50uA as the datasheet described , is it right?

Hi

LM5050-1 has leakage current when Vs pin power from OUT.

Please refer to the datasheet secion 71. and the NOTE on page 11.

If Vs is powered from IN pin, then there is very less leakage from OUT to IN.
