Where do people get their custom boards assembled, as we are having trouble convincing our PCB Assemblers to work with BGA. Preferably within Europe.

The Evaluation Boards (EVMs) are assembled in US at a contact manufacture near Dallas, we have not had problems. I will reach out to some contacts that I have in EU to see who they use. Will update you in a few days.
