BQ76PL455EVM: board short circuited

Hi,

I am new to bq76pl455 EVM, I have been working on a project for building battery management system. Suddenly the D22 LED on EVM stopped glowing, there is no supply on VIO and TOP pins.I have checked the battery's connected to the EVM the pack is of 56.6V and when i tested the voltage values at EVM, the board got short circuited.  

Are there any service centers? so that i can use this EVM again.

    Hi Divya,

    If the evm has sustained damage due to improper use then unfortunately you will have to buy another to replace the broken EVM. Please contact TI support here: www.ti.com/.../ if you have further questions. Make sure you have followed all the steps for powering the EVM properly in the EVM users guide before concluding that the EVM is broken.
