I would like to know, what is the  pin FMEA for pins 9, 11 and 13 for the TPS65310 ATIC in the open condition.

    Pin FMEA information is generally under NDA. I have forwarded the question to our expert in Germany who should get back to you tomorrow if he can provide this on the web. If not, he will let you know and we can work through your local TI contact to provide the information.
