Would you please recommend single buck-boosts solution?
VO=3.3, 1A , VIN=3~5V

    Hi Scott

    TPS630250 is a good fit. There is an adjustable version in WCSP or QFN package, and a fixed 3.3-V version in WCSP package only.
    TPS63802 has lower Iq, but is still in preproduction stage.

    Is there any other requirement such as package, Iq, efficiency or some other special feature?
