BQ24610: After connecting 4 strings of 1 and lithium batteries, there is no charging current and the indicator light is not bright

Hi all:

BQ24610 designs the lithium battery charging plate according to the recommended reference drawing.BQ24610 has a normal no-load output of 12.6v, and the TEST foot also has a normal output of 2.8-2.9v. However, after connecting 4 strings of 1 and lithium batteries, there is no charging current and the indicator light is not bright.Test STAT1 and STAT2 pin voltage, also normal (about 1.9v).

Feel BQ24610 protection output, can you give me some advice?

Hi Timsen,
STAT1 and STAT2 high indicate a fault and section 9.3.22 table 2. shows a list of possible faults that you want to make sure you are not running into. SLEEP for example occurs when your input voltage is too close to your battery voltages. Can you document your debug procedure and results regarding the specific faults? I have gone through the schematic, but everything looks ok.
