Hello team,

I have a quick question about LMZM33602 packaging information.

Datasheet p.30 says package type of LMZM33602 is B2QFN.

Datasheet p.31-33 says B3QFN on the top of the pages.

Which is correct information for LMZM33602 packaging?

Hi Sato-san,

Thank you for pointing out this discrepancy. The LMZM33602 should be B3QFN package type. The height of the package is at 4.1 max height. I will discuss this with the technical owner of the datasheet to address this conflicting information.

Hello Jimmy-san,

Thanks for your comment. Other source like TI.com says it B2QFN. Please confirm this and let me know which is correct.

Customer is in registration process for the device and need the correct information.
