Hi team,

Could you propose the reset IC/supervisor IC with AEC-Q100 to achieve below functionality?

When Vin > 9V, output high or low. (means system power on)

When Vin < 3V, output low or high. (means system power off)

Vin voltage range 0~14V.

Hi User,

It sounds like you need a voltage detector with a 6V hysteresis. If the output goes high at >9V then it must go low at <3V. If the output goes low at >9V then it goes high at >3V. Please correct if i am wrong.

The only solution i can propose is using the TPS3710-Q1 with an external hysteresis resistor. You can see this application report on how this works (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva360/slva360.pdf). I also attached a calculator to solve for resistors.
