I would like to know what to happen when incomplete data is transferred with LATCH=H. Can you tell me the data is written to the device or not?

The data will be latched into the device at the rising edge of the LATCH signal, and TLC6C5712-Q1 will check if the data length and data value is correct. If the data length and data value are wrong, the command will be ignored.
