Part Number: BQ2084
Customer needs to analyse some battery packs with the bq2084 gauge. They have installed “bq2084 EVSW Install v2p1.zip” on a WIndows XP machine and are trying to connect to a EV2300. The GUI keeps reporting a USB timeout. They tried reinstalling the SW as administrator, but still get same error.
They also have an EV2400, and a Windows 7 machine, but I don't think the SW will work with this set-up.
