BQ25150: Customer is having trouble using the gui to store values

Hi All

From my customer :

I’m using bqStudio ( Battery Management Studio)

I’ve loaded up bq25150 charger and am setting registers with appropriate values.

I’ve also save the register values in a “txt” file.

When I load the file it seems it does NOT load the EV2400 with the registers from the loaded register file?

Do you have to individually load the registers manually?

Or is there a way to run a script with my “save register” txt file.

Also, is there a help instruction manual available…. I haven’t found on for bq25150.
