Dear All:

I design 8S1P pack with BQ34Z100-G1, I use the DC source to simulate the battery to calibrate and program BQ34Z100 before pack progress, and when in the pack progress, I find that a few individual boards SOC display 0%, the voltage display 530mv，and the normal voltage is 32000mv. why the voltage and the SOC is wrong ？ can you help me with the answer ,thanks~

Hi Big Bill,

Please double check the value for Voltage Divider to ensure it was saved to data memory (write attempt could have failed). Also make sure that VOLTSEL = 1.

Dear Bryan Kahler:

in the DC source test condition, the SOC and voltage display normal. a few days i test in the pack progress the I via the BQstudio to view the SOC &Voltage, i find the SOC display 0%,the voltage display 530mv, the data memory Voltage Divider is change 5000, is it because of the problem cause by reusing power on after a few days cut off the power ？

Hi Big Bill,

The voltage divider value shouldn't change, unless it was never programmed successfully to dataflash, or the device overwritten with a new (possibly default) SREC at some point.

Once programmed, even after a reset, the voltage divider value should remain the same.

Please try programming the value, then click 'read all' to confirm the value was saved.
