TPS62366B: Could you please provide a recommended layout which only uses signal traces on top layer?

Hi Experts,

My customer would like to know what shape of traces for EN and VSEL is best in case that they only uses top layer traces.
It seems that they don't want to use internal layer trace with via to reduce cost.

I thought they have to keep straight shape as much as possible and route those signals to left side(not power sw side) from the Top view perspective. But I'm not sure which route is best for each.

Could you give me your advice?

Hi Ikoma-san,

Does your customer use only a single layer board or a two sided one?

I don't think you can have decent control over your VSEL&EN if you want to use a single layer PCB. Unless you would like to set those two pins at a constant value: VIN or GND. Could you provide the schematic of your customer's system ?
It would also be exposing your system to noise because the system has not a proper layout regarding the distribution of the GND through different layers.
