BQ30Z554-R1: how to measure the delay time of OVP and UVP

Dear sir,  i need to measure the Accurate delay time of OVP and UVP in my board , i used the Battery simulator and oscilloscope to trigger the Voltage of Bm  and csg/dsg ,but the result Out of specification much，  please give some suggestion about the equipment and method, thanks.
