TPS22933: Pins interchangeable?

Dear TI-Team,

I think it's clear but I just want to confirm: the input pins of TPS22933 are interchangeable, right? BAT, USB and DC_IN seem to have the same characteristic so it should be no problem to connect a 5V supply to DC_IN and  a 9V supply to USB, right? Leakage current is no different, either?

    Hi Chris,

    That is correct, all the pins function the same so you can configure the inputs however you like as long as you remain within the absolute maximum ratings of the device.

    If you're looking for a different 2:1 power mux solution, I recommend looking at the TPS2121. This device would offer additional benefits such as thermal shutdown, adjustable switchover timing, current limit, and overvoltage protection.
