Would you mind if we ask about package's dimesion of LM2596T-5.0 (TO-220)?

Our customer would like to know the deviation of package's dimension.

Please confirm the figure below.

Do you know this deviation of dimension enclosed in red circle?

It would be great if you could let me know your thoughts on the following the question.
