TL7660: TL7660 input source

Can TL7660 input source is a GPIO? The output current requirement is very small, it is about 1mA，the GPIO can supply 4mA current.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.
What is the output voltage of the TL7660 for this application? This will allow the calculation of the input current to make sure the GPIO is not over loaded.

The output is -2V to -5V.

Hi Eric,
Assuming the GPIO voltage is around 3.3V the current drawn from the will be realistically around 2mA. Based on that calculation the GPIO should provide enough current.
