A note here is it will be challenge if 150mW standby power is requried to meet.

Yes, I replied they are ok to meet the CoC but with challenge of standby power. It says helps enable compliance to CoC which means it is possible if you design properly.

UCC28056 + UCC256301/2/3/4 which one is best chose for CoC V5 Tier 2 spec and PFC+PWM+SR solution minimum standby power aorund ? @AC115V/AC230V

You may select between UCC256302 and UCC256303. These two may provide slightly lower standby power compared to 01 and 04 which x-cap discharge may have a bit more standby power. Please use the below selection guide for your particular application.

UCC28056 will be in burst at light load. If need PFC off at light load, it requires external circuit (brown-out).

UCC256304 needs turn on first to bias UCC28056. UCC256304 can work without PFC in front but LLC topology is not good for the applications with wide input.

The 120V is usually corresponding to 85Vac.

Yes, it should be ok. Just note, LLC converter can achieve very good performance with its input voltage not varying widely.
