UC2526A: How does the current sense function actually work?

The datasheet for UC2526A does not explain how the current sense feature works. I am experience an issue where my PWM output is disabled at a constant period for a constant time and I suspect its the current sense, though the datasheet does not explain how it works or what it does.

How does the current sense work?

Hello Brian,
The UC2526A will disable the PWM output signal (OUTA and OUTB) if the +CS pin is 100mV with respect to the -CS pin.
This can be used for current protection shutdown of your power supply.
The PWM remains off as long as there is 100mV on the +CS pin.
Please carefully measure this signal and check how +CS and -CS are connected in your system.
If the signal is not used it should be disabled.

When you say "The PWM remains off as long as there is 100mV on the +CS pin." - does that mean when +CS is 100mV higher than -CS? or does that mean when +CS measures 100mV with respect to GND?

How do I disable the current sense feature? Please let me know how to connect both +CS and -CS.

You can disable current sense by grounding +CS and -CS
