Just one quick question, I thought TPS24750/51 is already reverse current blocking load switch, am I correct?
If yes, why we have example as below in the datasheet?

Hi Andrew,
TPS24750/51 do not have the reverse blocking FET integrated into it. You can see the Functional block diagram in the datasheet.
Also, please note that even with external reverse current blocking FET, the reverse current is blocked only when the device is disabled.
This is because TPS24750/51 doesn't have any control logic to detect reverse current and turn OFF the FET's. The external blocking FET is connected to the GATE pin which is same GATE signal given to the internal FET.
