DCDC supporting QC2.0 and usb auto-detection

Hi

Could you recommend proper device for DCDC supporting QC2.0 and USB auto-detection?

input is from 6s cell so maximum is about 26V.

output is 5V to 12V.

Current is up to 3A.

If there is no proper device, please let me know discrete solution.
