Hi,

We working on AM5718 custom board based on AM5718-IDK,in our design we use TPS6590379ZWSR PMIC.

We facing continuous generation of RESET_OUT signal which cause AM5718 reboot frequently.

Can anyone help out on this issue.

Hi Ravi,

RESET_OUT should be a stable signal after boot, AM5718 should not be rebooting if RESET_OUT is continuous?

Can you elaborate on what behavior you are seeing? Are you saying it is toggling between high and low? If so, you should check which Power On Request you are using. This application note on TPS659038/39 is similar: www.ti.com/.../swca285a.pdf

Hi kevin,

Our issue got resolved,we use higher ampere rating power source.
