Dear TI: My customer need a solution for -100mV Vin，output voltage need adjusted in real time. Vout=-70mV, -60mV，-50mV , etc, with a difference of 10mV for each output.

There is a -2V in system, customer used -2V turn to -100mV, and the -100mV need turn to other voltage.
How much output current do you need? What is the range of output voltage that is needed? What is the variation/tolerance on it?
----Output current need 500mA, output voltage range is -50mV to -90mV, the tolerance is 5mV.
Would figure 31 in the TL431 D/S work for you? You would need to use the TLV431, with its lower Vref voltage (below your -2V input). You could adjust the output voltage by feeding a voltage into the REF pin of the TLV431.
