TPS54627: EN Max/Typ/Min data

Hi Team,

My customer asked for the detailed maximum, typical, minimum data of EN threshold. And what is the reason resulting to difference value between Max and Min value? Temperature or device diversity? If it is temperature, can we provide EN threshold value vs temperature curve? Thanks.

Hi Rory,

When Vin=12V, the high EN threshold changes from about 1.2V to 1.07V, as temperature changes from -40C to 150C. It does change by temperature and device diversity but we don't have the curve. Also the threshold will rise as Vin rises. Thanks.
