We are using a single MCU, a PMB, to manage 10 Pcs tps544c20 ,10 Pcs tps544c20 at the same time with load, there will be individual power reset, there will be repeated power restart. If you are using an MCU to control a tps544c20, there is no such problem, and will not restart.
I think it is an interference problem of MCU PMBUS controlling multiple TPS544C20, which leads to the restart of TPS544C20. How can I solve this interference problem? Our system must be a MCU controlling 10PCS TPS544C20

1,The address values read by 10 power sources controlled by 1 PMBUS are as follows:
C1=3 ,C2=21,C3=28,C4=33,C5=25,C6=28,C7=25,C8=3,C9=35,C10=23
2,The address values read by 1 PMBUS control 1 power supply are as follows:
C1=3,C2=20,C3=29,C4=36,C5=25,C6=27,C7=26,C8=2,C9=41,C10=23

Are you setting the address using E96 resistors from the ADDR0 and ADDR1 pins to GND? For example C1 =3 means ADDR1 has 10.0 kohm to GND and ADDR0 has 38.3 kohm to GND. We will probably need to see your schematics. Also, can you describe your application? What is your end equipment? What do the ten TPS544C20 power?

Power: Input 12V ,Output 4.6V 12A. Set the address to AGND from the E96 resistor on the ADDR 0 and ADDR 1 pins.Different resistance is combined into different addresses.The terminal device is a LED display module.

Yes,The 10pcs power supply is connected in parallel, Output 4.6V 120A. Did you help me solve the problem of PMBUS compatibility?If I only parallel 5pcs power supply is no problem. But in parallel to 7 / 8 PCs, there will be the problem I described earlier. Thank you!

Sorry, The output is not in parallel, as shown in the diagram above,The 10 power loads are independent, but the output GND is connected together, each output is 4.6 V, 12A,PMBUS has only one.

I think you will need to take a systematic approach to bringing this complex system. I would start by bringing each of the individual TPS544C20s up one at a time. Establish communications with each and ensure it is preforming as intended. Once you have determined that each circuit will operate as intended individually, next try bringing up two supplies, then three, etc. Have you checked your 12 V source? Is it current limiting?

This will be difficult to troubleshoot over the forum. Let me confirm:

With six channels only, everything works as you expect with no PMBus or hardware errors. When you add the seventh channel. what happens? What PMBus commands did you send? What did you read back?

The PMBUS communication information is as follows:
All PMBUS modules are configured the same:
Initialize:
ON_OFF_CONFIG = 0x1A
OPERATION = 0x00
VIN_ON = 0xF024
VIN_OFF = 0xF020
Other registers default
After initialization:
OPERATION = 0x80
Cyclic reading: state STATUS_BYTE and output current READ_IOUT information, when the OFF=1 (output shutdown) of the status STATUS_BYTE of a PMBUS module is detected, the host closes all PMBUS modules through OPERATION = 0x00

In addition, please confirm that the current value read by the PMBUS is the average current or the peak current?

The address resistors you have chosen in your schematic decode to 0, 3, 6 and 7. So the addresses can only contain those digits. The addresses you provided previously do not match those. Also it appears you have used E24 resistors. Even though you have "trimmed" them, they are still 5 % tolerance. Along with the tolerance of the current source for the ADDR pins, you may decode false addresses. Can you change to single value E96? Can you clarify the address choices?

Also, please verify functionality of the converters. Please examine the SW node waveform for each supply and verify that you have a uniform switching waveform.

Do you have proper pull ups on your DATA and CLK lines?

The answer to your other question is in the datasheet. It is average (load) current. It is sampled half way thru the low side on time where the current ramp is at its midpoint.
