Hello!

Im trying to get evaluation board up and running, so far i have managed it to show correct voltage and current. I would like to get it to show SOC. 

Is it possible to get SOC without optimisation cycles? Im using two AGM 12V 22Ah batteries. The optimisation cycle would take a long time so I want to know if I have done everything right. SOC right now is 0% and doesnt change although the battery is full.

Can anyone send me correct parameters for two LEAD acid batteries? Right now I am following 8.2.2.1 Step-by-Step Design Procedure.

    Sorry, the bq34z100 is an impedance track gauge. To use this, you will have to characterize and program the correct chemistry for your PbA cell. Please use the GPCCHEM tool to get the correct chem ID. Once you do this, you need to complete a learning cycle to get the accurate RSOC for your pack.
