BQ27541-V200: CHEM ID, LP463446RE Lishen Cell

Hello TI Team,

I am working on a sustaining project that utilizes the bq27541-V200 as a 1S1P configuration with the Lishen LP463446RE Cell. The latest CHEM ID library does not have a chem ID for this specific cell. I understand that the next step is to use the online GPC tool to find a chem ID that's within the 3% error, however, our customer does not feel comfortable with using a "closely" matching chem ID. My question is: even if we do find a closely matching chem id (within the recommended 3%), is it still possible to send the cell to TI to generate a chem ID for this specific cell?

Hi Onyx,

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand there is a form to be filled out before sending our the cells to TI. Can you point me to the right direction for this process ?
