hi..

Can i use TPS22970 on resistance load switch for high-voltage protection for micro-controller.

If accidentally the voltage rises from 3.3V to 15V the switch must provide the high voltage protection to micro-controller.

Again when temperature stabilizes the switch must provide 3.3V to the micro-controller.

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    Can you help clarify your requirements? When the input voltage rises from 3.3V to 15V, you would like the TPS22970 to turn OFF and protect the microcontroller? However, when the ambient temperature returns back to 25C, then the switch turns on?

    From these requirements, it looks like you might be looking for a temperature switch / temperature sensing application instead of a load switch.
