TPS53667: unused pin termination

Hello,

At TPS53667, my customer does not use the following pins.

・VR_RDY

・VR_HOT

・VR_FAULT

・RESET

・PMB_DIO

・PMB_CLK

・PMB_ALERT

Can they leave those pins open (unconnected)?

Or if some appropriate terminations are required, please let them know that.

    Hi K.Hirano,

    ・VR_RDY - Open drain output, can be left open

    ・VR_HOT - Open drain output, can be left open

    ・VR_FAULT - Open drain output, can be left open

    ・RESET - Need to pull high with 1k or 10k resistor to 1.8V or 3.3V. Please check datasheet for detail.

    ・PMB_DIO - Suggest connect to pin header for fault monitoring and debugging purpose
    ・PMB_CLK - Suggest connect to pin header for fault monitoring and debugging purpose
    ・PMB_ALERT - Suggest connect to pin header for fault monitoring and debugging purpose
