  • LM10506TME-C/NOPB and LM10506TMX-C/NOPB are the same device with different Package Quantities:

    TME = 250 | SMALL T&R

    TMX = 3000 | LARGE T&R

    The LM10506TMX/NOPB is the catalog device that is public on the web when you visit the LM10506 product folder. The differences between the LM10506TME (original device) and the LM10506TME-A (-A version) can be found in Table 1. Available Device Options on page 3 of the datasheet.

    The LM10506TME-C/NOPB and LM10506TMX-C/NOPB are both the -C version of the device, and are not listed in the product folder.

    I have attached a chart for your reference, showing the differences between all LM10506 and LM10504 devices, including catalog and custom variants.
