Hi,

I'm designing Battery pack for 24V and 36V with Bq76930. Is there any document available for selection procedure for CHG,DSG MOSFETs?

Hi Vignesh,

We do not have a selection procedure, but we do have multiple example schematics including the EVM User Guide and 5 different TI Designs. The different TI Designs are listed in the first part of this video:

You can search for FETs with similar characteristics to these examples. You should ensure that your FETs are rated for the voltage of your battery plus transient voltages, and for the current of your expected load.
