BQ24133: the "status" pin was blinked

Part Number: BQ24133

Customer is creating 3 serials 18650  that 14V adaptor input BQ24133 charging 

portions Vbat reached 12V only  the "status" pin was blinked ,.

any advise to their battery poor symptoms

    Hi Phillip,

    Blinking STAT indicates a charge suspend fault.  What are the voltages at the charger's PVCC and SRN pins when this happens?  If PVCC has drooped close to SRN, then the buck converter may not have enough head room to operate.
