CCS/BQ34Z100EVM: calibration of Bq 34Z100

Part Number: BQ34Z100EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ34Z100, EV2400, BQSTUDIO

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am training with EV2400 and Bq34Z100 EVM.

My configutration :

* One cell li-ion

* I prectise, so I use a voltage source ajusted to 4000mV, connected betwen Bat + and Bat- of EVM.

* I'am in ''unseal full acces mode'' (It's OK)

*In data memory menue / Confuguration :   ''Serial Number''  is set to 1  . I presume it means one cell.

*In data memory menue / Calibration : ''voltage divider'' is st to 5000 mV

* On the dashboard, the batterie is green and indicate 3995mV  (78%) . The 2 arrow of I2C are green. So it's ok.

* In ''Perform calibration menu''. I've calibrate CC offset. Ok. I 've calibrate Board offset. OK . I have calibrate internal Temp . OK.  I've calibrate succesfully the curent (-1000mA) OK

* But it is impossible to calibrate the voltage of the system?  I 've check the voltage box on the screen. The  voltage gauge indicate the same value than in the dash board 3994mV. It's OK.

I have mesure the voltage of my  source: 3999mV. I 've entered this value in the label ''Applied votage . I've launch the calibration (knob ''calibrate Gas gauge'')

A read mesage error apear on the left botoom of the screen. ''Calibration - A read of data written failled comparison''. Hi !!!!

So what appens? I dont understand. Please, can you explain me the problème?

What can I do ?

Thanks by advance for your answer.

Best regards
