TPS25944L: TPS25944L Accidental failure in the product process

Dear,

now our customer use TPS25944L as a power protection unit, IC's input powered but output can not powered and IC has not report an error, just donot have output;

this kind of phenomenon is an accidental failure, our customer wants to resolve this problem. do you have any functional suggestion?

What is the load at the output. ? Is the behavior similar on all the boards ?

Can you please provide test waveform of Vin, input current, Vout and EN pin voltage

Dear Rakesh,

output load is 3 100uF Al capacitors, and the phenomenon is casual,

the waveform our customer can not capture timely. so i can not provide to you

Thank you for sharing output capacitor details.

Please help on the below items to debug

Is the behavior similar on all the boards ?
Test waveform of Vin, input current, Vout and EN pin voltage
Have you tested by removing 3 100uF Al capacitors ?
Is there any other load apart from 3 100uF Al capacitors ?
