Hi Hugo,

All our efuse devices are designed to protect the internal FET under all conditions (with features like thermal shutdown) as long as the device is operated within its recommended operating conditions. Also, we do not share the SOA data for the internal FET as it is our proprietary technology.

You can be assured that the FET is never operated over its SOA region.
