UC3846: Output Frequency Issue

My previous question was locked. Related to Frequency Degradation in UC3846, please suggest us solution.

Dear Vicky,

could you please check below items,

1, check the REF is stable 5.1V or not.

2,check the SYNC is open or not , and show the waveform here.

3, could you please check it you just apply the VCC, not input voltage.

4, show the waveform again after Set your vertical scale to 1V/div.
