I want to select the fuel gauge IC BQ27421-G1 for our company JLQ product design, but I confuse about two question:
1. If TI can do battery characterization test for us？due to we can not have the test equipment。
2. If TI can give us referenced software code to help us saving design time？

Unfortunately, TI does not create golden files. The process of creating a golden file is well documented. As long as you can charge and discharge your cells, that is pretty much all you need. You do not need specialized equipment.
-you need to make sure the bq27426 is a good fit for your cells by running our online tool, gpcchem. Then you perform a learning cycle and extract the golden file.
The file below contains sample code on communicating with the gauge.
